Allen Bean

Allen Bean has been involved in bicycle racing since 1974 as a racer, USA Cycling licensed official and a USA Cycling licensed "Elite" level 1 coach.

As a racer, he was a District (state) Champion and eight time District Championships medalist. As a coach, he has been Assistant Regional Road Coach and Regional Track Coach for USA Cycling Region 6 and riders that he has coached have competed in local, national and international events and have been DISTRICT, NATIONAL and WORLD CHAMPIONS.

As a team manager Allen worked for the Rock Racing UCI Continental Team 2006 thru 2009. His responsibilities included the initial registration paperwork for the 2007 season and subsequent registration renewal for the 2008 and 2009 seasons. During the racing season Allen handled all race registrations for the team, assisted in the preparation of Visa requests for foreign riders, served as road manager for the team and was the UCI and USA Cycling point of contact for the team. Allen was Team Manager for the Yahoo! Cycling Team for the 2010 season.

Working in both the engineering and computer programming fields Allen Bean brings more than 25 years of project management experience to Oracle Cycling. Allen has a bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering.

Haldane Morris

Since 1976, Haldane has won 30 gold state championships and a silver medal at the United States Olympic Trials. He was a member of the United States National Cycling Team from 1989-1993 (the youngest at the time), as well as a five time national medalist. In 1992, he took 2nd in the U.S. Olympic Trials in the Team Pursuit.

In 2006, Haldane became the General Manager of the Rock Racing professional cycling team, where he was largely responsible for building it up from the ground floor which lead to four national cycling championships in 2008. Haldane is currently the Director Sportif for the Yahoo! Cycling Team.
